Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Olivier Honda St-Eustache is currently looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager who can inspire and motivate a sales team, maximize performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the department's success. You will be responsible for training, coaching, developing, and motivating your sales team to meet and exceed performance goals while ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. You'll be actively involved on the showroom floor, supporting sales consultants in closing deals and meeting with every customer before they leave to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager;
- Bilingual (French and English) to effectively communicate with our English-speaking customers;
- Strong closing skills and proven leadership abilities;
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and a strong team player;
- Strong computer skills (experience with Merlin and Activix is a significant asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
