Mechanic Shop Foreman

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week;
Shift: day shift;
Salary: up to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Are you a leader who is passionate about mechanics and teamwork? Olivier Hyundai de la Capitale is currently looking for a Shop Foreman to join its team!

Responsibilities—as a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and assigning tasks to technicians;
- Ensuring the quality of repairs and compliance with manufacturer standards;
- Providing technical support to the team and fostering its development;
- Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and the progress of work;
- Ensure the safety, organization, and smooth operation of the workshop;
- Help maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as an automotive Mechanic;
- CPA card;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Experience in staff management/supervision (a plus);
- Knowledge of Serti software;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of Hyundai products (a plus).
