Job description
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.;
Shift: Day shift.
Salary: Up to $80,000 per year, based on performance.
Description:
If you’re passionate about customer service and the automotive industry, Olivier Kia Sorel-Tracy is looking for a technical advisor.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine their vehicle’s repair and maintenance needs. You will also sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining thorough follow-up on customer records.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role;
- Experience with Serti software (a plus);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Sales skills.
