Job description
Olivier Chrysler Mascouche is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and the automotive industry, and who is ready to deliver a unique experience to our customers!
Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Welcome customers and gather the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Recommend and sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring outstanding customer service;
- Follow up with customers throughout the service process;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Knowledge of the Serti software (a major asset);
- Bilingualism to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers and meet their needs (an asset);
- Strong sales skills;
- Excellent customer service skills.
