Your Role
Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the new vehicle sales department and the leadership of your team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed objectives (volume, margins, F&I penetration, customer satisfaction);
* Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team;
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, processes, and programs;
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement effective action plans;
* Manage inventory and optimize vehicle turnover;
* Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of Sales Consultants;
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
* Work closely with General Management, the Service Department, and the Finance Department;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
