Sales Secretary - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Responsibilities—as a Sales Clerk for pre-owned vehicles, you will be responsible for:

- Tracking commercial vehicle (fleet) orders in the DealerConnect system every morning;
- Verifying rebates daily (retroactive billing);
- Report commercial (fleet) sales in Dealerconnect;
- Prepare files and add used and commercial vehicles to inventory (store vehicles, key tagging, Carfax, SAAQClic, print a preparation request, etc.);
- Maintain a vehicle registration log;
- Register vehicles in SAAQClic;
- Submit COOP requests in Dealerconnect;
- Occasionally cover for the receptionist (during lunch);
- Enter used and commercial sales records into Merlin / SDS;
- Forward quotes from the fleet manager as requested;
- Attend sales meetings;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (or related field);
- Knowledge of the following software or platforms: SAAQClic, Merlin, DealerConnect, Carfax, Excel / Google Sheets;
- Willingness to work until 8 PM as needed at the end of the month;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Independence, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
