Job description
Are you passionate about the automotive industry? Olivier Mazda Laval is looking for a Service BDC Call Center Agent to join its existing team.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for the after-sales service department, selling mechanical maintenance and detailing services, conducting daily and after-sales follow-ups with our customers, and performing all other related duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry (mandatory);
- Previous telephone/customer call experience (mandatory);
- Bilingualism required in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Excellent written French skills for drafting emails to customers;
- Autonomous, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
