As a Sales Director at Park Avenue Group, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of automotive profit centers, including supervising sales teams, building customer loyalty, and optimizing profitability. Your role combines sales strategy, leadership, and operational oversight to achieve sales targets and performance standards.

Description of daily tasks - your responsibilities, your path to success:

Sales management and performance:

- Forecast and meet monthly and annual targets for sales, gross revenue, and essential expenses;
- Prepare and manage the annual sales budget;
- Create, implement, and monitor a system for tracking vehicle buyers;
- Utilize financing and insurance programs to increase revenue and support after-sales marketing;
- Collaborate on the design of advertising campaigns and promotions;
- Establish and maintain standards for vehicle delivery to customers;
- Track commission sheets and monitor sales consultants’ payroll records;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Measure closing rates, web and phone conversions, and meet internal standards;
- Analyze market reports and develop strategic action plans based on KPIs;
- Communicate regularly with manufacturers and identify market opportunities.

Inventory management and procurement:

- Check inventory daily to ensure optimal stock levels;
- Oversee vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Build and maintain an external network for the purchase and sale of vehicles.

Human resources management and leadership:

- Train, motivate, and supervise the staff under their responsibility;
- Participate in the hiring and development of staff in collaboration with their supervisor;
- Prepare and lead engaging weekly team meetings;
- Help advisors set ambitious yet realistic goals and provide them with the necessary support;
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and sales systems are clearly understood and followed;
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via email;
- Present yourself professionally and represent the dealership with integrity.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of team management experience;
- Several years of experience in automotive sales, ideally in the luxury segment;
- Strong leadership and a customer-service orientation;
- Rigorous adherence to processes;
- Autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills;
- Fluency in French (written and spoken);
- Comfortable with technology and the use of CRM systems (180, Activix, SM360, etc.).
