Job description

We are looking for a passionate and motivating New Vehicles Sales Manager to join our team at Honda de Blainville. This individual will play a key role in the department’s performance by ensuring sales objectives are achieved, developing the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the new vehicle sales department to achieve sales and profitability objectives;
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused work environment;
- Support Sales Consultants in closing transactions and assist with negotiations when required;
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and implement the necessary actions to optimize sales performance;
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, manufacturer standards, and company policies;
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer loyalty;
- Work closely with the various dealership departments to provide a seamless and professional customer experience.

Education and experience:

- Significant experience in automotive sales;
- Experience in team management and employee development;
- Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations;
- Honda dealership experience (an asset).
