Assistant Service Manager

Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.;
Shift: day shift;
Salary: starting at $60,000 per year, based on performance.

Responsibilities - as an Assistant Service Manager, you will:

- Support the Fixed Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the department;
- Provide exemplary customer service and handle complaints;
- Optimize operational efficiency: schedule management, productivity, and quality of work;
- Act as a coach, motivating and supporting the entire department team;
- Ensure profitability and the achievement of departmental goals;
- Perform certain duties of a Service Advisor: greet customers, gather the necessary information to determine repair and maintenance needs for customers’ vehicles, and sell maintenance services based on customer needs.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in an automotive service department (Service Advisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role);
- Knowledge of Serti software (a plus);
- Excellence in customer service;
- Results-oriented, performance-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
