Service Advisor

We are looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within the service team at our Valleyfield dealership.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Greeting customers;
- Confirming appointments;
- Working closely with service technicians;
- Monitoring the manufacturer’s maintenance log and recommending necessary maintenance;
– Opening and closing work orders;
– Ensuring customer satisfaction;
– Performing any other duties related to the position.

Salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year (depending on your knowledge and experience).

Experience as a technical advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are a plus.
