Responsibilities - as a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Selling maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring high-quality customer service;
- Following up with customers;
- Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good computer skills (Serti is a plus);
- Sales aptitude.
