Chomedey Toyota Laval is currently seeking a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager capable of motivating their team, maximizing results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience!

Responsibilities:

As the Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the department’s performance. You will be responsible for training, developing, mentoring, and motivating your sales team to meet and exceed goals, while ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. Working on the sales floor, you will assist sales consultants in closing sales and take the time to meet with each customer before they leave, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

- Have 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Have experience as a Sales Manager or in team management (a significant asset);
- Be bilingual in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Demonstrate inspirational leadership, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Hold a valid driver’s licence;
- Have a good understanding of various sales tactics;
- Possess persuasive skills;
- Be committed to excellence in customer service.
