Job description
We are looking for a candidate to fill a service advisor position within the service team of our Longueuil dealership.
Tasks/responsibilities related to the job:
• Greeting customers
• Confirming appointments
• Working closely with certified service technicians
• Following the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and proposing maintenance to be done
• Opening and closing work orders;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Performing any other task related to the job.
The salary can easily reach $90,000.00 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
Experience as a service advisor as well as basic knowledge of the Serti software are assets.
