We are currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team and play an active role in our success.
Responsibilities - as a Parts Clerk, the person will be responsible for:
- Selling auto parts to customers, both in-store and over the phone;
- Assisting and supporting the shop technicians;
- Advising customers in a professional and efficient manner;
- Providing courteous, high-quality customer service;
- Performing various related tasks within the parts department.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Parts Clerk;
- Bilingualism to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Knowledge of Toyota products (an asset);
- Excellent customer service;
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Experience in wholesale parts sales (e.g., Collision Link).

- A day shift, Monday to Friday, and you finish at 2:30 PM on Fridays!
