The Canadian Tire St-Eustache Auto Center is looking for a dynamic, customer-service-oriented Service Advisor to join its team.

Your role:

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary link between customers and the auto shop. Your mission will be to provide professional service, fully understand customer needs, and ensure effective follow-up on work orders.

Key responsibilities:

- Greet customers and clearly identify their needs;
- Create and manage work orders;
- Explain recommendations and repairs clearly and professionally;
- Follow up on work with technicians;
- Keep customers informed of repair progress and timelines;
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the shop schedule;
- Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience;
- Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the service department.

Desired profile:

- Experience in customer service or as a Service Advisor;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit;
- Proficiency with computer systems.
