The role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the service department’s operations. You’ll be the person who welcomes, reassures, advises, and guides customers throughout their visit.

Your main responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner;
    • Listen to customers’ needs and clearly identify issues;
    • Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs;
    • Create and follow up on work orders;
    • Effectively coordinate repairs with technicians;
    • Maintain constant communication with customers;
    • Contribute to a high-end, personalized customer experience.

    • Experience in customer service or as a Service Advisor;
    • Excellent communication skills;
