Main Responsibilities:

- Identify the customer’s needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repair;
- Offer and promote various after-sales services and preventive or maintenance services;
- Provide consulting services to customers;
- Build a relationship of trust with customers;
- Estimate maintenance costs, prepare a work order, and follow up on it;
- Perform related tasks or those requested by the service manager.

Required qualifications and skills:

- Relevant experience in sales and customer service;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Be outgoing, provide excellent customer service, and be passionate about sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy, and a neat appearance;
- Be comfortable and interested in working as part of a team;
