JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the Mercedes-Benz St-Nicolas team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of the relationship between the customer and the service department: a trusted professional capable of listening, advising, and supporting each customer with professionalism, transparency, and care. EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with German-brand products (a plus);
- Experience with the CDK/ADP system (a plus).
DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers in the service department;
- Defining the scope of the repair with the customer;
- Defining and explaining the estimated time and expected costs;
- Supervising the repair or maintenance process to ensure that the timeframe promised to the customer is met;
- Communicating to the customer any additional tasks that may be necessary;
- Documenting all work performed and all parts required for the customer;
- Complete the service.
