Service Advisor

Excellence Chrysler St-Eustache is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join its after-sales service team.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in the service department;
    • Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs;
    • Prepare work orders and track repairs;
    • Maintain excellent communication with technicians and customers;
    • Provide a professional and efficient customer experience;
    • Track work progress and vehicle deliveries.

Desired Profile:

    • Experience as a Service Advisor (a plus);
    • Junior applicants also welcome;
    • Excellent customer service and sales consulting skills;
    • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
    • Positive attitude and team spirit;
    • Knowledge of the PBS system (a plus);
    • Interest in the automotive industry.
