We are seeking an organized, professional, and solution-oriented individual capable of delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring effective communication with the shop, technicians, and customers.

Your Responsibilities
• Greet service department customers professionally;
• Identify customer needs and accurately document their requests in CDK and on RO/WO forms;
• Open, manage, and close work orders;
• Clearly explain repairs, maintenance, recommendations, and invoices;
• Present estimates and obtain necessary authorizations from customers;
• Follow up with technicians, the parts department, and customers;
• Keep customers informed of the progress of the work. Manage expectations effectively;
• Suggest recommended services based on the vehicle’s needs;
• Contribute to the department’s efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction;
• Provide an honest, professional, and positive customer experience.
Desired Profile
• Experience in the automotive industry (required);
• Experience as a Service Advisor (a strong asset);
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (a strong asset);
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude;
• Proficiency with computer software;
• Knowledge of CDK software (a plus);
• Knowledge of Activix CRM (a plus);
• Self-reliance, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment.
