Are you known for your customer service skills, organizational abilities, and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks?
Laval Hino, a leading heavy-duty vehicle dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor.
Your role:
Under the Service Manager's supervision, you will be at the heart of operations between customers and the shop. You will ensure rigorous follow-up on cases while providing a professional and efficient customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers and fully understand their needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Schedule appointments and follow up;
- Assist with assigning tasks to technicians;
- Communicate with customers (by phone and email);
- Advise customers on truck maintenance and safety;
- Promote current services and offers;
- Coordinate work with subcontractors;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on cases.
Desired profile:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics;
- Excellent prioritization skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Dynamic;
- Self-reliant and resourceful;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Strong adaptability;
- Reliability and professionalism.
