Service Advisor

At some dealerships, the Service Advisor's role is simply to open and close work orders. But at other places, the role is much more significant.

What you’ll do with us:

    • Greet customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude;
    • Advise customers on recommended repairs and maintenance;
    • Open and manage work orders;
    • Ensure excellent follow-up on repairs;
    • Work closely with technicians and the parts department;
    • Provide a seamless, transparent, and reassuring customer experience;
    • Help maintain a positive and efficient atmosphere in the service department;
