Service Advisor

Olivier Chrysler Mascouche is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and the automotive industry, and ready to provide our customers with an exceptional experience!

As a Service Advisor, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Welcome customers and gather the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Recommend and sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring high-quality customer service;
- Follow up with customers throughout the service process;
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Knowledge of SERTI software (a major asset);
- Bilingualism in French and English to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers and meet their needs (an asset);
- Strong sales skills;
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
