Financial & Insurance Manager - New Vehicles

Schedule: variable.
Shift: day and evening.
Salary: starting at $100,000 per year based on performance.

As a Financial & Insurance Manager, you will play an essential role in presenting financing solutions, protection products and additional services while providing every customer with a transparent, high-quality experience. You will be responsible for presenting and selling financing and insurance programs, as well as other related products, to customers who have purchased a vehicle.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in the automotive industry;
- Bilingual in French and English in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and effectively meet their needs;
- Strong sales skills and performance-driven;
- Outstanding customer service skills.
