Service Advisor

Technologies Ingenext is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers, from scheduling appointments to vehicle delivery. You will work closely with our Automotive Mechanic / Technician to ensure every customer understands what work is being done, why it's necessary and how much it will cost.

Your responsibilities:

- Welcome customers in person, by phone and by email, and understand their needs;
- Schedule appointments and manage the workshop's workload;
- Prepare estimates and repair orders based on the technician's diagnosis;
- Obtain customer authorization before performing any work, including additional repairs;
- Order parts and track their delivery;
- Keep customers informed of repair progress and estimated completion times;
- Explain completed repairs and review invoices with customers when their vehicles are ready;
- Handle customer concerns calmly and work toward effective solutions.

Working conditions:

- Monday to Friday schedule, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
- Employer-paid electric vehicle (EV) training;
- Benefits including group insurance after 3 months, 6 sick/personal days per year, 1 paid day off on your birthday and 5 paid days off during the holiday season.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service position;
- Good mechanical knowledge and ability to explain technical diagnoses in simple terms;
- Excellent spoken and written French;
- Comfortable using workshop management software and office applications.

Assets:

- Experience working with electric vehicle customers, including knowledge of driving range, charging and battery health;
- Automotive mechanics training (DVS or equivalent);
- Functional English, if required to serve our customers.
