Responsibilities:

Olivier Hyundai de la Capitale is currently looking for a General Manager to join its team.

Our dealership stands out for achieving ambitious sales volume targets, with over 1,000 new vehicles and 700 pre-owned vehicles sold annually, making us one of the top-performing dealerships in the region!

This continued growth represents an exciting opportunity for a General Manager looking to play a key role in optimizing dealership operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the entire dealership;
- Foster a culture of excellence focused on customer satisfaction and develop team skills through ongoing coaching;
- Take a hands-on approach to all sales opportunities and maintain an active presence on the sales floor;
- Actively participate in the dealership's fixed operations by maintaining a hands-on presence, monitoring performance and supporting management teams;
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed profitability targets;
- Build, develop and motivate a high-performing management team aligned with business objectives;
- Ensure strict compliance with manufacturer and company policies, procedures and standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry;
- Experience in both Fixed Operations and Sales Departments;
- Proficiency with industry software such as Merlin, SERTI and Activix (an asset);
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing teams;
- Solid understanding of financial principles and retail operations;
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
- Strong focus on results, profitability and customer satisfaction.
