Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Do you thrive on challenges, achieving targets and leading a high-performing Sales team? Olivier Chrysler Mascouche is currently looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join its team!

As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the department's performance. You will be responsible for training, developing, coaching and motivating your Sales team to meet and exceed targets while ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. With a strong presence on the sales floor, you will support Sales Advisors in closing deals and take the time to meet with every customer before they leave to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead and motivate the pre-owned vehicles sales team;
- Implement effective strategies to exceed sales targets;
- Optimize inventory management and vehicle allocations;
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a memorable buying experience;
- Collaborate with the Finance, Marketing and General Management departments.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Experience as a Sales Manager or managing a team in a high-volume automotive dealership is a strong asset;
- Bilingualism to communicate with English-speaking customers and effectively meet their needs;
- Strong leadership skills, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal abilities;
- Strategic mindset and strong focus on performance;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Good knowledge of various sales techniques;
- Strong persuasion skills;
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
