Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

In this role, you will:

Train, develop, manage and motivate your sales team while ensuring the productivity and efficiency of your department. You will assist Sales Advisors in closing transactions and meet with every customer before they leave. You will also purchase vehicles and manage department inventory, ensure that all vehicles are properly presented to customers on the company website, including up-to-date photos and complete specifications, and oversee the Pre-Owned Vehicle Department’s purchasing and sales activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager;
- Bilingualism to communicate with English-speaking customers and properly meet their needs;
- Strong closing skills and leadership abilities;
- Customer service, results and teamwork oriented;
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of Merlin and Activix is a significant asset;
- Valid driver’s licence.
