Fixed Operations Manager

Olivier Chrysler Mascouche is currently looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to join its team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing after-sales operations efficiently and profitably, while ensuring effective staff management, customer retention, cost control, achievement of objectives and the highest standards of quality.

Summary of responsibilities:

- Effectively oversee the Service Department;
- Develop strategies to improve service quality and productivity;
- Manage workflow and communication between teams;
- Optimize the performance of Technicians and Service Advisors;
- Promote collaboration between departments;
- Strengthen customer retention;
- Handle customer concerns and find appropriate solutions;
- Maintain required reports and records.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in both French and English;
- Staff management experience;
- Knowledge of Serti and Keyloop is an asset;
- Knowledge of Chrysler products is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence;
- Valid driver’s licence.
