Mechanic Shop Foreman

As a Shop Foreman, your responsibilities will include:

- Plan and assign work to technicians;
- Ensure repair quality and compliance with manufacturer standards;
- Provide technical support to the team and encourage professional development;
- Monitor productivity, efficiency and work progress;
- Ensure the safety, organization and smooth operation of the workshop;
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Conduct test drives with customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic;
- Valid competency card from the Comité paritaire de l'automobile (CPA);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Experience in staff management or supervision (an asset);
- Knowledge of SERTI software;
- Strong organizational and priority management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
