Job description
Olivier Honda St-Eustache is currently seeking a Service Advisor for its service department to join its existing team.
Responsibilities - as a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers upon their arrival at the dealership;
- Gather the necessary information to determine their vehicle’s repair and maintenance needs;
- Sell maintenance services based on the customer’s needs;
- Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingual to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Sales skills;
- Knowledge of Serti software (a major asset);
- Knowledge of Honda products (a plus).
