Appointment and Vehicle Maintenance Advisor

Hyundai Casavant, a member of Groupe Casavant, is looking for an Appointment and Maintenance Advisor to join its service team.

Job description:

The Appointment and Maintenance Advisor plays a key role in the customer experience and the growth of the service department.

The person will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and advising customers on recommended maintenance based on their vehicle’s age, mileage, and needs.

This position is for someone who is comfortable on the phone, able to identify customer needs, and propose appropriate services with professionalism.

Main responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls for the service department;
    • Schedule maintenance and repair appointments;
    • Advise customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance;
    • Make maintenance reminders and follow up with customers;
    • Confirm appointments;
    • Assist with managing workshop traffic;
    • Make outbound calls (promotions, reminders, and follow-ups);
    • Collaborate with the service team.

Qualifications:

    • Experience in customer service, sales, or consultative sales;
    • Experience as a technical advisor is a significant asset;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Comfortable recommending services and advising customers;
    • Strong organizational skills and a team player;
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
