Appointments Attendant

If you enjoy building customer relationships, optimizing appointments, and directly contributing to the workshop’s performance, we’d love to meet you.

Tasks to perform:

    • Answer and screen all incoming calls to the service;
    • Make appointments for the after-sales service department;
    • Insert a pre-appointment system;
    • Follow up on customer safety recalls;
    • Participate in various projects to increase workshop meeting hours;
    • Advise customers according to the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations;
    • Inform customers about warranty and other services;
    • Track parts orders;
    • Help technical advisors in monitoring the work;
    • Perform any other related task.

We are looking for someone with experience in scheduling appointments at a car dealership who is interested in advancing their career at a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications:

    • Experience scheduling appointments at a car dealership;
    • Strong customer service orientation;
    • Ability to work as part of a team;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Strong sales skills;
    • Strong organizational and planning skills;
    • Knowledge of Serti/Keyloops software (a plus).
