Job description
Main responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for the mechanical service department.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Answer incoming service-related calls.
- Work closely with the mechanical department team.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in a similar customer service role or in the automotive industry (a plus).
- Ability to cover for the technical advisor during their vacation periods.
- Knowledge of the automotive mechanics field (strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
