Responsibilities:

- Contact target customers to schedule service appointments;
- Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments with our service department;
- Perform any other related tasks as needed by the department.

The candidate must be able to communicate in English both verbally (intermediate level) and in writing (beginner level) to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele. Relevant experience in the automotive dealership industry is a significant asset.
