Responsibilities - As a pillar of our sales department, you will be responsible for:
- Team Management: Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of sales consultants to maximize performance.
- Strategy and Operations: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, managing the new vehicle inventory, and ensuring the department’s profitability.
- Customer satisfaction: maintaining Toyota’s standards of excellence to ensure an exceptional customer experience (CSI).
- Processes: optimizing showroom sales processes and ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
Desired profile:
- Experience: solid experience in automotive sales management (familiarity with the Toyota brand is a major asset).
- Leadership: proven ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Skills: proficiency with CRM management tools and excellent understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Qualities: integrity, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
