Sales Manager

Our company is a leader in providing specialized outsourcing services to the automotive industry.

We support numerous partner companies across Quebec, New Brunswick, and Ontario through a team of professionals working entirely remotely.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a Sales Director to support, develop, and advance our team.

Your role:

- You will not be responsible for selling;
- You will be responsible for helping others sell;
- Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Team performance;
- Coaching and talent development;
- Recruiting and onboarding new hires;
- Analyzing performance metrics;
- Continuously improving processes;
- Maintaining a high level of satisfaction among our partners.

Desired Profile:

- Significant experience managing high-performing sales teams;
- Inspirational leadership;
- Excellent coaching skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience managing remote teams (a major asset);
- Experience in the automotive or financial industry (an asset).
