HGrégoire has a new opportunity for a Call Centre Sales Representative in Saint-Eustache and is looking for the right person to join our dynamic team!

Work schedule:

- Full-time;
- Permanent;
- Variable schedule, to be discussed with the manager.

Responsibilities:

- Advise customers and help them find the ideal vehicle;
- Present vehicle features and recommend products suited to customers’ needs and expectations;
- Answer customer questions;
- Provide regular and high-quality follow-up with customers;
- Deliver outstanding customer service.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate to advanced level, to communicate with our French- and English-speaking customers;
- Automotive industry experience is preferred;
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives;
- Independent, attentive and organized;
- Versatile;
- Positive, professional and energetic attitude;
- Ability to work with various software applications;
- Experience in sales and customer service;
- Excellent communication and speaking skills.
