Senior Parts Clerk

Does your automotive parts expertise and strong customer service make you the go-to person on your team? HGrégoire Kia Vaudreuil is looking for a Senior Parts Clerk to join its team.

You will play an essential role in daily operations by ensuring parts availability, supporting the shop and assisting customers with professionalism. If you enjoy the automotive industry, teamwork and a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this position could be for you.

Employment type:

- Full-time;
- Permanent;
- Daytime, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

- Sell automotive parts at the counter, through the shop or by phone;
- Advise customers and respond to their needs in both French and English;
- Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers;
- Inform customers about parts, accessories and current promotions;
- Provide information on the full range of available products;
- Respond efficiently to phone calls;
- Conduct follow-up and outreach calls with regular customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (required);
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (intermediate to advanced level), to meet the needs of both French- and English-speaking customers;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Independent, resourceful and proactive;
- Knowledge of the CDK system is an asset.
