Financial & Insurance Manager - specialized credit

HGrégoire Mitsubishi Laval is looking for a Specialized Credit Financial & Insurance Manager to join its team.

If you have experience in alternative automotive financing and excel at customer service, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Advise customers and sell available financial products and warranties;
- Process online inquiries (web leads);
- Review Equifax and TransUnion credit files;
- Manage vehicle financing and recommend solutions tailored to each customer;
- Build lasting relationships of trust with customers;
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of financial products;
- Negotiate and find solutions that benefit all parties involved;
- Handle administrative duties, including maintaining files and preparing financial documents;
- Communicate information clearly, both verbally and in writing;
- Ask the right questions, listen carefully and understand customer needs;
- Communicate all relevant information regarding the vehicle, delivery and financial matters;
- Work closely with the Delivery and Accounting Departments.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Specialized Credit Financial & Insurance Manager (required);
- Automotive sales experience is an asset;
- Functional bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve our unilingual French-speaking customers as well as our significant unilingual English-speaking clientele;
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Dealertrack, Desk-It (an asset) and Activix;
- Professional attitude and collaborative approach;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
