Delivery Coordinator

HGrégoire Toyota Brossard is currently looking for a Delivery Coordinator to assist customers through the final steps before taking possession of their vehicle. If you are organized, professional and enjoy providing a positive customer experience, this position could be for you!

Schedule: Full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers to complete the final documents required for vehicle delivery;
- Prepare, review and organize customer files according to established guidelines and procedures;
- Ensure that all required documents are included in each file;
- Explain documents to customers and ensure they fully understand them;
- Answer customer questions professionally and courteously;
- Ensure thorough follow-up on customer files;
- Provide outstanding customer service.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to serve both French- and English-speaking customers, including our significant number of unilingual English-speaking customers;
- Experience as a Delivery Coordinator in an automotive dealership;
- Excellent stress and priority management skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Independent, thorough and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable working with various computer systems.
