Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and advise customers according to company standards;
- Present vehicle features and recommend products that meet customers’ needs and expectations;
- Answer questions and reassure customers throughout the sales process;
- Conduct test drives;
- Provide regular, high-quality follow-up with customers.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of automotive sales experience (required);
- DEP in Professional Sales is an asset;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our significant unilingual English-speaking clientele as well as our unilingual French-speaking customers;
- Dynamic personality with strong persuasion skills;
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
