Service Advisor

HGrégoire Hyundai Vaudreuil is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join its team! As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for following up on vehicles being prepared for delivery, coordinating required work with various departments and suppliers, and ensuring that each vehicle is ready and meets expectations before being delivered to the customer.

Schedule: full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Manage vehicle preparation work orders according to established guidelines and follow up as needed in collaboration with various departments;
- Submit preparation requests to external companies when necessary;
- Review parts invoices for each vehicle and the time required to complete corrective work;
- Communicate any issues or needs to the various departments (Sales / Finance / Delivery);
- Update the vehicle history by recording details from the preparation work order;
- Follow up with customers and various departments regarding any issues identified at the time of delivery and ensure the necessary corrections are made to achieve customer satisfaction;
- Prepare work orders for all vehicles entering the dealership, as well as demonstrator vehicles;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory;
- Ensure the security of vehicle keys at the dealership;
- Assist with the logistics of storing vehicles in inventory;
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure that deadlines communicated to customers are met;
- Provide outstanding customer service;
- Ensure quality control for all vehicles delivered to customers.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset;
- Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers as well as our significant unilingual English-speaking customer base;
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles and their systems;
- Ability to work independently;
- Positive and professional attitude;
- Canadian resident.
