Kia Ste-Agathe is looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) who wants to perform at a high level within a people-focused company that values stability and success. We are looking for a candidate who performs above industry standards. At Kia Ste-Agathe, you will meet with approximately 400 customers per year (50% new vehicles and 50% pre-owned vehicles). A strong desire to perform is an important hiring criterion, along with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Your main responsibilities:

- Complete financing applications;
- Offer life and health insurance, various protection products and service plans;
- Explain the manufacturer’s and dealership’s service terms and policies in detail to customers;
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience;
- Ensure the accuracy of all information on sales and lease agreements;
- Perform any other related duties.
