Your daily responsibilities — your path to success:

- Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally;
- Help customers select the financial and insurance products that best meet their needs and budget;
- Prepare and verify all financial and sales documents to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to financing and insurance;
- Negotiate financing terms with banks and financial institutions to obtain the best possible terms for customers;
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers;
- Provide ongoing training to Sales Advisors on financing and insurance products;
- Monitor and analyze F&I Department performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Significant experience in automotive financing and insurance;
- Completion of the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) course;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Customer-focused, with exceptional customer service skills, attention to customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze the market and develop effective action plans;
- Ambitious, results-driven and committed to excellence, with a willingness to share ideas, even the boldest ones;
- Persistent and able to overcome challenges;
- Highly organized, thorough and detail-oriented;
- Strong command of French, both written and spoken, and good computer skills.
