Financial & Insurance Manager - 2nd chance credit

We are looking for a Financial Services Manager specializing in automotive financing and second-chance credit. Your role will be to assist each customer professionally, find the financing solution best suited to their situation and efficiently close transactions.

Main responsibilities:

- Handle automotive financing applications;
- Advise customers and present solutions suited to their credit situation;
- Quickly build a relationship of trust with each customer;
- Follow up by phone, email and text message;
- Prepare and submit financing applications to financial institutions;
- Negotiate approvals and structure transactions;
- Present protection plans, warranties and additional products;
- Ensure thorough follow-up on files through to vehicle delivery;
- Meet and exceed established sales targets;
- Provide a professional, personalized and efficient customer experience.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills;
- Charisma, confidence and an ability to easily build relationships;
- Dynamic, driven and results-oriented personality;
- Independent, disciplined and highly organized;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Good command of computer tools and digital communications.

We are open to two types of candidates:

- Someone with automotive dealership experience who is looking to move into their first Financial & Insurance Manager position. Training and support may be provided;
- An experienced Financial & Insurance Manager who can quickly take charge of files and contribute to the company’s growth.
