Service Advisor — beginners are welcome!

Rachel Auto Service is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

Have you just completed your studies in automotive mechanics or as a Service Advior—or do you simply have experience and are looking for new challenges? Do you enjoy working with people and want to build your career at the front desk rather than in the shop? We’d love to meet you!

Your main responsibilities:

- Greet customers professionally.
- Understand their needs and advise them on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare estimates and work orders.
- Follow up on repairs with technicians.
- Answer calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Help maintain a pleasant and collaborative work environment.
