Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor;
- Answer incoming calls and emails to provide immediate assistance to our customers;
- Process payments for customers picking up their vehicles;
- Schedule after-sales service appointments;
- Contact customers regarding received parts and vehicle recalls that need to be completed;
- Assist Service Advisors with their daily tasks as needed;
- Perform all other related duties according to departmental needs.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate in English both verbally (intermediate level) and in writing (basic level) in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele.

Requirements:

- Hold a valid driver's licence;
- Have relevant experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team;
- Be capable of managing priorities effectively;
- Be customer service oriented.
