Salary based on the candidate’s skill level as determined by the Joint Automotive Committee: between $25.50 and $43.18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

The Parts Clerk will be responsible for taking orders from technicians, preparing estimates, issuing parts to technicians, ensuring that internal parts requests are billed on the after-sales service repair order, assisting customers at the counter and over the phone, helping with merchandise receipt and handling as needed, and performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:

The candidate must be able to communicate in English, both verbally (intermediate level) and in writing (beginner level), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking customers.

- You have 1 year of experience as a Parts Clerk;
- You have a good understanding of mechanics;
- You are customer service-oriented (internal and external);
- You work well in a team;
- You are able to lift loads for handling customer tires/rims;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software is a plus;
- You hold a valid driver’s licence.
